I'm Chief Operating Officer at Branded Originals, where I run the systems, processes, and partnerships that turn cut-and-sew manufacturing into reliable distributor service. Before partnering with Ralph, I spent years inside the promotional products industry working with both suppliers and distributors — which means I know firsthand the pressures, expectations, and limits of the stock-based model that most of our competitors are stuck in.
What we built at Branded Originals is the supplier I always wished existed when I was on the other side of the table: real manufacturing, real customization, and the operational discipline to deliver on what we promise. My job is to make sure every distributor partner gets the same answer when they call, the same quality on every reorder, and the same accountability whether the run is 12 pieces or 12,000.
