At Branded Originals, every product is custom-made to order. Below you’ll find important information regarding production timelines, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.


Production Time

All items are made from scratch and typically ship within 3–5 weeks from the date of final artwork approval and payment confirmation.

  • Orders requiring pre-production samples may take longer.

  • Rush service is available on select products for an additional fee (subject to approval).


Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on destination and order size.

  • Shipping speed is based on the selected method at checkout.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.International shipping is available for select customers; please contact us for details.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and method selected. In some cases, shipping may be quoted separately after order placement.


Delays & Disruptions

While we strive to meet delivery targets, delays due to weather, customs, or carrier-related issues are out of our control. Branded Originals is not liable for late deliveries once items leave our facility.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Include your order number and tracking number.

  • We’ll assist in filing a claim and determining next steps, which may include a remake or credit.
